The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is an organization dedicated to serving Freemasonry, the country, and the world, with its origins tracing back to the end of World War I. Formed by Grand Masters in 1918, MSA aims to provide services that individual Grand Lodges may find challenging to perform on their own.

MSA is recognized for its disaster relief efforts, having issued its first appeal in 1923, and has established a Hospital Visitation Program that connects volunteers with military veterans across the United States. Additionally, MSA produces a variety of educational materials to promote awareness and understanding of Freemasonry, reaching over three million people in the past two decades.
