Thank you!!! You made our 4'th of July. I picked up a slab of beef ribs and two Rib eyes, cut the slab of ribs into 3 ribs. seasoned and wrapped in foil, placed in a 200deg. oven for 2 hours....

Sad to say , very disappointed with just about everything in the store. The meat itself looked off colored. I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. Save yourself a trip and go to another meat market...

Horrible service They would not take off the membrane off the ribs. The ranchera had a lot of fat on the other side they hide it.
