Nice little boba shop- the tea tastes better than T4 and less sweet. Prices are higher but you are paying for quality. Would benefit from promotions like tea of the week or happy hour specials....

Delicious boba and tea but don't order the waffle unless you have patience for a thirty minute wait AFTER they tell you it would take 10-15 mins.
