The overbooking is a problem at this place! Because of this the doctors are rush, there's no place to sit on the waiting room, the wait is over an hour, without informing patients.

I had to tell them today to cancel my appointment. I had an appointment back in May that they cancelled, and an appt in September that they cancelled same day and rescheduled two weeks later. I go...

Staff and doctors are non responsive. Tried to get response for over a month on medicine. I was told multiple times they would call back and they did not. I would rate -5 if I was able to.

The care is fine but expect to wait an hour or more each time you visit. They are always overbooked with no regards or respect for our time. Not a good way to run a business.
