Our Sebastopol taproom is a great space to enjoy 12 ciders on tap, including those available in stores and many exclusive to the taproom. Our mission is to grow apples through cider. We're driven by quality in all aspects of the cider making process and are fascinated by the range of flavors and profiles that the apple can produce. It only seemed fitting after all this time to open a taproom that would act as a cider education hub and local hangout.

California Cider Company, owned by Jeffrey House, is one of the largest specialty beer and cider marketing companies in the United States. The firm sells Ace brand of fermented ciders. Its flagship brand, Ace Apple is made with pure apple juice. The company s premium fermented cider, Ace Perry cider is one of the first commercially produced and distributed pear cider in California, made from a base of pure apple juice. Ace Berry cider is a mixture of raspberry, blackberry and strawberry juice added into fermented apple cider. Ace Apple Honey is made with 5 percent Sonoma wildflower honey and 95 percent Sonoma County apple juice.
