History

Golden Gate Pilates was started with one goal - to teach and maintain the original work of Joseph H. Pilates. Under his direct tutelage Joe PIlates passed down this amazing method to his protege Romana Kryzanowska. Golden Gate Pilates is proud to carry on this work employing teachers that have been trained and certified by Romana. Gratz Pilates equipment is not only the gold standard for equipment but is built and constructed using Joseph Pilates' original plans and design. We offer privates, duets and trios with all classes utilizing the following Gratz equipment Universal Reformers Wanda Chairs Ladder Barrel Spine Correctors Cadillac and wall units The Tower (Guillotine) Pedipole Foot and Toe correctors

Specialties

Golden Gate Pilates instructors have completed more than 700 hours of hands-on training and we offer private instruction, duets, and trios. We do not provide group classes.
