We drove past Golden Canyon on the way to Artist's Palette and stopped for some quick photos. I'm certain the hike would have been fun, but we decided to spend more time at other viewpoints. Death...

There's nothing wrong with this hike. I do feel however that hiking on the other side of this canyon (starting at Zabriskie Point and hiking the Badlands Loop) has more interesting things to see....
