At Gold River Family Medicine in Gold River, California, our friendly and highly-experienced team of eight has worked together for up to fifteen years. Warren Brandle, MD, MS, FAAFP, Jeannie O'Brien, PA-C, and the rest of our team have excellent communication skills. All incoming phone calls are answered live by our staff. We treat every patient with respect and compassion, from the cradle to the grave.All of our patients have access to our HIPPA compliant patient portal, MyHillChart, where they can review their medical records, enable telehealth video visits, schedule appointments, access referrals to other specialists, review labs and other reports, and send secure messages to our staff.Dr. Brandle has been providing telehealth services remotely since March 2020 for new patients, scheduled follow-up visits, and same-day appointments by either a face to face video visit or telephone visit. Many times, these visits are comprehensive in order to address all of your health care concerns. He will evaluate your current concerns, update any current conditions and medications, and arrange appropriate treatment and follow up as needed. Our patients love the convenience and time efficiency of these visits as they do not require transportation to our office or sitting in a waiting room. Our staff will help you with setting up your remote connection for telehealth visits.Jeannie provides office-based visits, five days per week, for multiple services. These include same-day appointments, well-woman exams, well-child visits, well adult visits, acute care and chronic care management, physical exams, advanced care planning, immunizations, and preventive health services for patients of all ages. She has exceptional experience in orthopedics and sports medicine for musculoskeletal conditions.We utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system, which is linked to multiple healthcare systems, including Dignity Health, Sutter Health, UC Davis, and Kaiser. This allows us to access some of their medical records from encounters with other providers throughout our region.Prescription refills can be requested online through MyHillChart and are completed by the end of every day. They are transmitted electronically to your local or mail-in pharmacy.Dr. Brandle and Jeannie alternate a weekly on-call schedule, so one of them is always available for urgent needs after hours, weekends, and holidays.
