Gloria is a delight to work with. She does a great job. Tells you what is worth doing and what isn't and keeps you informed every step of the way. She's awesome

pros: Great alterations. Super nice lady Cons: A little pricer then I expected. Hard to find her "shop"- it's a kiosk Not always easiest to get a Hold of her. She does call back though
