I Really enjoyed this event, from the circus shows, art galleries and of course the lit up wonder land full of foam bubbles for snow. Of course there were a lot of food places and carnival rides...

This place is great for kids from 2 to around 11. A few things to keep in mind when coming all the way out to Tulare unless of course you are a local and why would you come all the way out here...
