Global Gardens is Santa Barbara's first extra virgin olive oil producer. Since 1998 we have been providing customers with an entire family-recipe product line from olive oils to hand-crafted balsamic fruit vinegars, organic snacks, appetizer spreads, spice blends and full-on culinary gifts. Our downtown Santa Ynez, CA location offers tastings by walk-in or by appointment made from our website (yes, please for groups of 8 or more!), cooking classes and even private special events held just for you in our party courtyard. We're here to teach, taste, inspire and help you enioy your visit to our flavorful wine country location. Experts on staff include a full-time olive oil sommelier, chef and family-friendly staff here to entice your taste buds with experiences we promise you won't get anywhere else! Private party cooking classes and group events available by appointment.
