In Jan. 2025, I had the man cut a photo matting size about a 14" X 24", for an old picture frame I had. I installed myself. He charged me $80.00. Price gouging is bad business.

I placed an order for a new frame for my painting on January 18th and received it on March 8th, which took 7 weeks. My order was expedited only after I visited the store in person to complain twice.
