Glendale Adventist Academy

Glendale Adventist Academy, founded in 1907, offers educational program for students in grades kindergarten through 12. It is owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and operates through elementary and high school divisions. Its curriculum includes English, mathematics, accounting, calculus, science, social studies, computer application, desktop publishing and economics. In addition, it provides religion studies, foreign language, photography, physical science, journalism, health and nutrition classes, music appreciation and physical education. The school organizes various extracurricular activities and fun events for its students, such as book fair, free dress day, outdoor trips and camps, picnics, magazine campaign, Valentine s Day celebration and picture day. Glendale Adventist Academy is fully approved by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, and the Seventh-day Adventist North American Division Commission on Accreditation. It is located in Glendale, Calif.
