Well intentioned senior exercise Nut they are sticking 3-4 videos in and each has a 5 minute warm up No music at all they need one 45 minute workout and one warm up

If I were to give a 0 I would unhelpful ladies, rude customer services I was trying to get my passport renewed and the women was in charge of passports was rude and incompetent no customer...
