Dr. Yarema establish the Kauai Center for Holistic Medicine and Research and the Aloha Ayurvedic Academy in 1996. Extended virtual clinics throughout the major Hawaiian Islands. Expanded to California in 2007 to current. Dr.Yarema has been a medical director for clinics across the nation and internationally. The first 12 years of my board certified MD Career I spent in Inner City Hospitals Emergency Rooms, seduced by saving lives and cheating death. However, I became despondent when I realized many of those lives I was saving on Friday night, I was saving again, and yet again. I was only able to give symptomatic Rx in Chronic diseases. And unable in that position/time and space to get results at the cause of the suffering. The turning point came. . . when I learned that education, with proper tools - let to a greater good. So. . I started a private practice GP and have for the past 30 yrs. Offering Conventional and Alternative Medicine in local clinics & internationally.
