This is a very cold, factory type of place. The girls at the front desk are all chit chatting with each other, never ever remember my name, ask the same questions, forgetting they just asked it....

Don't worry Aetna covers 10 visits with your copay (which they do) Then i start getting bills from Gaspar and the detached billing agency tells me the consult was not covered?!? So i paid a $45...
