Garrison’s Seafood Express

History

Garrison's is small local business started by father and son in Bakersfield, CA. They both love seafood, fishing and after many trips to coast where they go deep sea fishing decided to open their own restaurant. With no experience at all on running a restaurant they both worked their way through it with their main focus being high quality seafood and great customer service. James the father focus was on the food as he had a passion for cooking since he was 6 years old and Garrison the son focused on service as he enjoys serving and making people smile. Unfortunately they started their business at the worst possible time which was the beginning of the 2019 Pandemic, but with great customer support they are surviving and are looking to continue to serve our customers for years to come God Willing.

We are mostly known for our fried catfish, Jumbo shrimp and sandwiches.
