History

Fresh Home Loan was initially created by Garrick Werdmuller in 2018. At the time he was working for a large national mortgage bank and saw an opportunity in wholesale lending to do a better job representing the client and the loan officer. Garrick Werdmuller has been in the mortgage business for 18 years. He has run mortgage branches or satellite branches for Caliber Home Loans, Guaranteed Rate, First Priority Financial and Summit Funding and assisted with in house lending for Prudential Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale Properties during that time. Garrick has presented for many groups and events including Mortgage Revolution, Bay East Association of Realtors, California Association of Mortgage Professionals and the Next Level Summit.
