Years before I started training to be a yoga teacher I thought of sharing my passion for yoga. The way yoga helped me reduce stress really had an effect on me. As a Birth Doula I had also noticed that women that took regular yoga classes seemed to have an easier time staying calm and focused during labor. An oportunity opened up to become part of a coop with other instructors to teach people yoga, belly dancing and tai chi. After about a year an opportunity came up at Equilibrium Fitness to teach Hatha and prenatal yoga classes.
