Garces Memorial High School, located in Bakersfield, Calif., is a college preparatory, coeducational Catholic high school. Founded in 1947 by the Christian Brothers and Dominican Sisters of St. Thomas Aquinas, it is operated by the Diocese of Fresno in California. The school offers a variety of educational, enrichment and cocurricular programs to students in grades nine through 12. Garces Memorial High School offers various departments, such as counseling and college guidance, English, fine arts, foreign languages and mathematics departments. Garces was amazing when the pandemic hit. Their students did not miss a beat. They closed on Friday and we're in full class mode vis Zoom on Monday. They were able to open earlier and have been...

Bakersfield Adventist Academy
