Was in line for the Pokemon card event, the employees made it fun and smooth!! They limited the amount of people inside which made it easier and more efficient!

Horrific handling of the Pokemon shiny giveaway event. They timed the event at the same time new Pokemon cards were being made for sale, so the line to wait for this giveaway was over 2 hours...
