Founded in 1998 with the merger of Paris Delight and The Cheesecake Lady, Galaxy Desserts offers a variety of pastries, Cheesecakes and tarts. It administers an intern training program for international business students and professionals. With annual sales of more than $20 million, the company operates a more than 52,000 square-foot plant. Galaxy Desserts has received NASFT Outstanding Dessert of the Year Award for the Grand Sequoia cake and the Oprah s Favorite Things award. It offers chocolate, dark truffle, raspberry, caramel and cappuccino mousse cakes. The company also provides Parisian-style coffee macarons, almond croissants, sticky buns and cannel s. I used to buy Galaxy Deserts all the time. I splurged on the Sticky Buns from Williams Sonoma. how stupid was I. this is what I received. not nice packaging, much smaller, and tasted terrible....
