History

Marie Galanti, now deceased, began this practice as a solo practitioner in 2004. Erika Copenhaver began working with Marie in 2007 and they partnered in 2010. Both attorneys graduated from Golden Gate University Law School. Erika Copenhaver is very active in the community and focuses her practice in assisting her clients with a very hands on approach every step of the way. Galanti & Copenhaver has a satellite office in San Francisco and the attorneys further cater to their clients by meeting them at their homes in the greater bay area.

We are fluent in English and Spanish specializing in Trusts & Estates. Specifically this includes drafting simple to complex Revocable and Irrevocable trusts, Wills, Healthcare Directives, Durable Powers of Attorney for Finances, Probate matters and Conservatorships. We also specialize in Business contracts of all types, legal entity set up and Business Succession Planning.
