Sent my bill to collections even though I tried to pay by phone and online. Both sources said "Your current balance is 0.00" so I thought I did not have any additional fees to pay. They didn't...

They keep sending me a bill even though they haven't billed the insurance. Can't get in touch with them. Harassing texts, and paper statements.
