I used G1G a few years ago when solo traveling to Kenya for a safari. After speaking to a number of insurance companies, I had become more confused about what was available and what I needed....

While most companies pursue customer obsession these guys pursue staff obsession. They will yell at you if you ask a question or try to ask for a refund. Exercise caution. Lol

The worst customer service ever. They think they are entitled to something. They think customers are privileged to sign up for business because they are the best insurance company in the world....

Fact: they claim that anyone who did not use their service is not a customer and shouldn't write a review. But that includes a person who found their customer service soooo disgusting that decided...

Very expensive. We used this and competitor. Prefer seven corners. Claim and coverage is way better.
