Future Aquatic Swim Team (FAST) is a competitive year-round age-group swim program designed in a learning environment focused on the personal development of each swimmer both in physical strength, technique and ability as well as building self-discipline, -confidence in and out of the water. Our efforts go toward creating a fun, purposeful, team-oriented, personal growth outlet and helping to build young individuals' futures through competitive swimming. Our coaching staff possess a passion for the sport of swimming as a life long sport and are eager to share their expert knowledge, experience and love of swimming and water safety with the youth of the community in a positive and forward thinking process and teaching techniques.
