Fundamentum

History

We started Fundamentum because we saw a big gap in the knowledge that college students had about how to actually go about finding a job. We talked to a bunch of hiring managers and interviewers and heard the same thing - new grads had no idea how to present themselves effectively. We believed we could bridge that gap by providing a program where students could learn about the how the process really works and get guidance on how to navigate the job search process.

We teach you how to start your career. Our 10-week curriculum and personalized coaching get you ready. The program focuses on the three pillars that we think everyone needs to be able to articulate in order to succeed in their job search and in their careers. Purpose - What do you want to do and why? Personal Brand - Who are you and why should an employer care? Power of Connections - How do you invite people to help you? We work mainly with college students and recent grads.
