History

Dr. Rosario graduated Chiropractic College in 2005, but after 5 years in practice, she had to close the doors to her office due to a debilitating autoimmune condition that she has had since childhood, but eventually left her physically unable to continue treating her beloved patients. She spent 3 years diving deep into neuroendocrine immunology, functional neurology, and nutrigenomics in order to heal herself and rebuild her career dedicated to helping patients who were in such need of expert guidance for chronic, complicated conditions. Dr. Rosario began consulting with people from all around the USA, using what she learned and lives, guiding them to better health. In 2013, she realized her true calling when she opened the doors to a warm, healing practice dedicated to those with thyroid & autoimmune disease, FMS/CFS, and childhood developmental diseases.

At Functional Longevity Institute, we specialize in holistic care for those with chronic and complicated conditions, such as thyroid disorders, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, diabetes, and childhood development disorders. We use a variety of approaches in order to achieve maximum therapeutic benefit. These applications include Functional Medicine, Functional Neurology (Brain-based therapy), and Nutrigenomics (nutritional recommendations based upon your genetic predispositions).
