Authentic tasting poboys. I tried their catfish poboy with roasted garlic aioli. The Catfish had a great crunch and the aioli was very tasteful. The bread was just right. Will definitely be back...

Really good food track fare. We had dinner for two out of the truck at Track 7 Natomas. Our meals were great- fresh ingredients and good flavor. I'll keep an eye on their schedule to have again.
