Like everyone else said terrible customers service especially Linda in HR, after introducing myself she hung up on me. Extremely rude & lacks common courtesy. Should not be in HR for obvious reasons.

Me: How do you guys normally ship? Rep: I have no idea where you are.... Me: Well you can ask me..... Previous orders where I paid with a credit card over the phone before material arrived...
