Parking is reserved, and I have not had a problem parking in the 2 months i have been using them. The price is very affordable for a reserved spot and a key to unlock unused spaces.

Parked here for close to 3 years, had availability when BART Parking lots never did. A spot was always there for me (which is what you pay for) even if showing up after 9am.
