If you are returning equipment, hang onto your ups receipt. It will take you several hours to get it straightened out even with your receipt.

Terrible customer service, some of the worst faulty equipment and services. Frontier allows for the WiFi services to go down days in a row, services is down days, weekly and definitely monthly....
