First time donating here. Really smooth process. You do have to book an appointment which you can easily do online and schedule a time for your drop off. I had about two small totes worth of books...

Easy to find and great to be able to donate books for a good cause. The lady who met me at the donation center, however, was somewhat surly. Not the end of the world but not exactly welcoming.

Easy to find and drop off books to donate. I tried to call ahead to confirm and didn't get a response but the staff is very responsive in person and like the website says, is available to assist...
