Seeing bisons was the highlight of our hike. It was perfect timing and perfect weather. There's beautiful trails, park & museums. Convenient in a way that it's close to Old Town Newhall.

Wonderful gift shop and information center with attached mini zoo. The alpacas were cute, the turkeys huge, and the deer likes to slobber!

although they never seem to be open, and the one time i tried to get some feed for the petting zoo animals the machines didn't work, it's still a nice place. the animals are nice to look at and...
