Located in San Diego, Friars Village Clubhouse is a part of the Friars Village Homeowners Association, which is a nonprofit, mutual benefit corporation. Friars Village Clubhouse s facilities include a pool, spa, lounge, kitchen, barbecue , parking areas, and meeting, billiard and card rooms. It can accommodate more than 80 people. The clubhouse is a nonsmoking facility that is also available for a variety of functions and private parties. The Friars Village Homeowners Association offers a range of membership plans, as well as works to promote the health, safety and welfare of its members. It additionally works for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of residential and common areas.
