HistoryIt all started with a moment of epiphany. 2018, new years eve, thinking about another year gone by and nothing to show for it. I was going to create value for people, I was going to use my decade plus of research and knowledge and wisdom. I was going to share it... So what happened? I started thinking about all the things i had learned, but why wasn't it working? I realized in that moment of self reflection, I had never implemented any of it. I was holding myself back, self sabotaging, for fear of putting myself out there, into the world. That moment I decided that no more would I let fear and doubt control me. Feelings aren't facts, feelings aren't actions. I realized I didn't have to feel ready to start, I realized that I don't have to feel like i know 100% of everything to be of value to people. I have always loved self improvement, physical fitness, and I love teaching... So now here I am, living my purpose, passion, dedication, drive, and I want the same for you!SpecialtiesNot your average trainer.
