The Fresno County Public Library's West Fresno Branch, established in 1918 as the Fink-Smith Playground Branch, serves the west side of Fresno and has been a vital community resource since its inception. In 2011, it became the first branch to open within a County Service Center, allowing for enhanced access to library services for local residents.
Offering a variety of amenities, the branch features meeting rooms, study spaces, and a Seed Library, alongside comprehensive services like mobile printing and recycling for specific household items. The library is committed to fostering community engagement and providing educational resources to all demographics, including kids, teens, and seniors.
