Karina A. is such a sweetheart so helpful! Really helpful and seriously so kind and inviting. She helped me get the best deal and was able to help get my information sorted and she was so patient!!!

It apparently closes at 8pm but I showed up right now at 6:30pm and it's closed. A branch manager from reseda sent me over here because they're a location that closes late and yet they're closed...
