Freestyle Kendo is a non-mainstream, innovative training program in Rowland Heights, CA that offers mind-challenging and fun-based scenarios to improve self-defense skills efficiently. This is a friendly group. No Bogu set required. This is probably one of the most affordable self defense classes around this area. They even teach some people for free if they cannot afford it....
