History

With over 24 years of litigation experience, Michael M. Freeland offers his clients immediate attention while always providing personal and individualized strategy advice. Attorney Freeland has conducted multiple state and federal trials, arbitrations and administrative hearings. He is proficient in litigation and motion practice, mediation, arbitration and depositions. Mr. Freeland also has extensive appellate court experience, and has been the attorney of record in three published opinions from the Fourth District Court of Appeal in California.

We provide legal advice and legal representation regarding employment law issues. We represent clients (employers or employees) involved in wage and hour claims, and discrimination, harassment, and whistle-blower claims, as well as in matters before the Department of Labor (state and federal), the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board and in state and federal court trials. We also represent federal employees in claims before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and the EEOC.
