History

I have over 20 yrs experience, with certifications in Strucural Myofacial Release( i.e. deep tissue), Yoga Therapeutics, Cranial Sacral Technique, Trauma/Injury Rehab, Aston Massage, Ergonomics and Movement Dynamics, Reiki, and Applied Kinesiology. This is strictly therapeutic work of the highest spiritual intention. I also have a Masters in Fine Art, with emphasis in Performance. As a dancer and athlete I have enjoyed a life of great vitality. I have also had to resolve many injuries and learned first hand how to regain and maintain vitality. My youngest client was just a few hours old...My oldest? He is 96!

Using advanced skills which include myofascial therapy, cranial sacral work, Aston Movement dynamics, and neuromuscular re-education, I help people regain their mobility and functional integrity, restoring confidence, ease, and grace. Through my combination of expert bodywork and therapeutic movement you will experience a lighter step, better posture, and a more pain-free life. I serve people with a wide variety of challenges. With over 25 years of experience as a somatic therapist, and a Master's Degree from the San Francisco Art Institute, I help clients creatively problem solve issues of chronic stress, pain and injury rehabilitation, recovery from trauma, and both prenatal and postnatal support. I'm here for people who haven't found what they're looking for in the average physical therapy and everyone who wants to feel their best in the body they have right now!
