Horrible, terrible, and inaccurate store hours. Been waiting outside for almost a damn hour cause they said they would re-open in 15 minutes ( 12:45 ), we go to check at 12:48 and they changed it...

Has to be the most poorly run business that I have ever dealt with. My parked car was hit by one of their insured, they would not get me a rental car for 4 days and my car was deemed "undrivable"...
