I can't even seem to get them to send an insurance ID card at this point. Absolutely horrible incompetent customer service. Will be cancelling my policy asap!

How the fk is it going to take 1-2 business days for an agent to get to you for a claims number!!! Ppl need a vehicle to go to work going to cancel my policy at the end of this month
