In the early 1990's, our founder fell in love with a vacant lot, in the best location in all of Hollywood, and he got started on building Franklin Skyline. He built Franklin Skyline in Hollywood not just because of neighborhood's storied past as one of America's cultural hubs, but also because he believed Hollywood's future would be the best part of its story.
