The workers are either incompetent or unhelpful, either way it's unacceptable. Be prepared to spend a lot of hours out of your day trying to help them help you.

ugh i owed $3100 in taxes. i made an appt. lady helping me was decent and nice. i had to pay and she took me into the side room and walked me through what to do. she also validated my parking....

Appreciated they validated parking. The wait could have been better even though I did have an appointment. However service was great and they were able to assist me with my needs.
