First Presbyterian Church of Newark Welcome to Newark First Presbyterian Church, Newark, CA. We welcome everyone. We pride ourselves on a multi-cultural congregation that is learning to follow Jesus Christ. JESUS LOVES YOU! No experience required. Come join us! Service Time Sunday morning at 9: 00AM we offer a blended worship service. We also have a Children's Church and we provide childcare during the service. Sunday morning at 10: 30AM we offer a contemporary worship service. We also have a Children's Church and we provide childcare during the service. After 2 years of searching for a new Pastor we finally have one. Pastor Garrett Yamada is the new Pastor of First Pres. Newark. To read more about him and his family click here.
