Previously known as Bonn Construction ,Foundations R Us began in 2016 & specializes in structural upgrades & foundations. A wealth of experience gained and now can offer a full service business from design and drawings thru to the finish product.

Experienced General Contractor,specialising in Foundation. Seismic retrofit,Structural Upgrade. Earthquake Upgrade,Additions and Remodeling. My backround in construction is in foundation work,structural & framing general carpentry. As a result of this , project layout and blueprint reading have become second nature. This leads to the project being complete according to architect and engineering specifications and in many cases I have spotted in advance unforeseen problems which can be rectified before the situation arises. Also from experience & expertise I can suggest to the owner savings and improvements on structure and design. Being budget consious to each home owner's project with very reasonable pricing is also part of the job. Work well with the home owner ,architect and engineer, and only too willing to assist with project design ,developement and permits.
