Her law practice is devoted to helping people save time and money by resolving their problems through Mediation and Collaborative Law without spending thousands of dollars to fight in court. Jami Fosgate does not represent people in court or argue for them with the Judge. Jami Fosgate's regular rate is $285.00 per hour. Couples who attend together receive a FREE consultation to learn the benefits of not litigating a divorce or family law matter. Mediation sessions may be scheduled in the evenings and on Saturday for your convenience. Jami Fosgate also provides Limited Scope Document Preparation at a flat fee for people who want to control the costs of their family law case. Jami Fosgate DOES NOT represent parties in court.
