Fordham Building and Design has been a state licensed contracting firm since June, 2008. Greg Fordham has been working in East Bay remodeling and plumbing companies since 2002. He has worked for several long established contractors both as a supervisor and installer.

Hi, I''m Greg Fordham, and I'm the owner and head installer for my company, Fordham Building and Design. In the wide world of contracting I'm what's known as a 'boutique' contractor. This basically means that I'm the guy you work with all the way through. I do almost all the actual installation work myself. Including design services, plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall, tile and stonework, and finish and structural carpentry. What I enjoy most is bathroom remodeling. I can rebuild and redesign your bath space using new plumbing fixtures, tile, and cabinetry at reasonable prices. My tile work is exceptionally detail oriented, and I utilize the best waterproofing and materials to protect your investment for years to come.
