Still unreliable -- busses come whenever they please or just don't come at all. Customer service will MAYBE give you a refund.

It's pretty annoying saying hello or good morning to bus drivers when they don't say anything back majority of the time. It's rare to get a nice driver. Some of the bus drivers seem angry doing...
